KB CALS (Caring Advocacy & Liaison Services) provides healthcare interaction services for individuals, families and businesses. Our mission is to help clients become empowered to make meaningful healthcare decisions and to connect them to accessible, affordable care options that match their unique needs.

KB CALS maintains its patient-centered focus by working independently of all healthcare and insurance systems. As your advocate, we forge partnerships with all the participants in your healthcare community, including medical practitioners, health providers, insurance systems and, most importantly, you. We utilize our vast knowledge of the health insurance industry to transition you from a managed care approach to health to a preventative mindset, which enables you to meet your expectations of an optimum level of wellness. 

Our goal is to help you avoid frustration by providing you with a clearer understanding of what to expect in advance of your healthcare interactions. By ensuring that your expectations of healthcare and insurance exchanges align with current industry practices and procedures, you will have a more positive overall experience.

We are committed to bridging the gap that is oftentimes left when clients try to navigate health and insurance systems without the knowledge and support they need to ask the right questions and understand the construct they are working in. We aim to reduce frustration, increase understanding, and help my clients feel protected and appreciated.
