Quick Thought On Healthcare

This is the time of year (thank you flu season) where I tend to be way more vigilant about my hygiene. I reduce hand shaking, person to person interactions, wipe my phone off as soon as I get home, and make sure I wash my hands & change from my “street” clothes. As COVID-19 (aka Novel Coronavirus) has spread, I have continued these measures. My husband recently stated that germaphobes (myself included) had it right all along.

Hand washing, taking your health & the health of others, giving distance, and being mindful are things that are easy enough to do, and don’t really require a lot of us. As you watch COVID-19 progress and change, keep in mind how you will make the necessary changes in your life to not only keep yourself healthy in this crisis, but how you will make life changes moving forward to maintain your health.
